Mixed domestic waste treatment: for urban mixed waste with high moisture content (40%-60%) and complex composition. Pretreatment screening removes inert materials such as glass and metal, and crushes to <20mm. At 700-800℃, MSW pyrolysis organic components (kitchen waste, paper, plastic) are converted into syngas, pyrolysis oil and solid carton black.

Plastic/rubber waste resource utilization: Pyrolysis plant is an ideal equipment for treating waste tire/rubber/plastics (such as PET, PE, PP), and can produce fuel oil, carbon black, and syngas.

Sludge and biomass pyrolysis: Sludge and waste biomass (straw, wood, rice husk, coconut shell) need to be dried to a moisture content of less than 15%. The continuous biomass pyrolysis carbonization plant converts waste sludge or biomass into biochar/charcoal.
