Oil Sludge Pyrolysis Plant Application

The oil sludge pyrolysis process refers to the indirect heating of solid waste under oxygen-free conditions. The pyrolysis process vaporizes the liquid components in it, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. After the condensation purification process, the liquild pyrolysis oil can be collected and recovered.
Oil Sludge Treatment Process by Pyrolysis Plant
- 1. First, pour the dry oil sludge into the hopper and then start the screw feeder. Sludge treatment generally uses screw feeding, and there is a hopper on the top of the screw feeder.
- 2. The screw feeder is connected to the pyrolysis reactor, and the sludge can be directly filled into the pyrolysis furnace. After the sludge is filled, the burner is ignited to start heating.
- 3. When the pyrolysis reactor reaches a certain temperature, pyrolysis begins, and the oil in the sludge becomes gaseous oil and gas after pyrolysis, thereby separating from the sludge.
- 4. The oil and gas enter the condenser after passing through a sedimentation tank. It is cooled into liquid oil in the condenser and finally flows into the oil storage tank.
- 5. When the entire pyrolysis reaction is completed, stop the heating device. After waiting for the pyrolysis furnace to cool down, start slag discharge.
