The semi-continuous tire pyrolysis process is carried out layer by layer from the outside to the inside. The pyrolysis products are pyrolysis oil, carbon black and combustible gas. The pyrolysis non-condensable gas is used for combustion heating in the pyrolysis reactor. Diesel or natural gas is used for the initial start-up of the reactor, which takes about 1 hour.
