Composition of Continuous Carbonization Plant


The continuous rice husk charcoal machine is mainly composed of feeder, rotary stirrer, reactor, discharging system, condensing system, and purification system.
The carbonization reactor adopts a double-layer insulation structure. While keeping warm, it can also prevent the outer layer from being burned due to excessive temperature. The reactor and the smoke oil condensation device are both equipped with temperature measuring devices.
A spiral stirrer is installed on the top of the reactor to evenly distribute the material. This makes the rice husk burn evenly and fully, improves the combustion efficiency, and achieves continuous straw carbonization.
The discharge port uses a spiral rod to transport carbonized granular, powdered and adhesive carbides. In order to ensure the continuity and stability of the discharge. Its inclination angle is conducive to recycling operations.
