Vietnamese customers want to process waste wood, and the processing is relatively large. We recommended this MJT-3000 carbonization equipment. The biomass carbonization plant uses high temperature pyrolysis technology to convert waste wood into charcoal, wood tar, syngas under oxygen-deficient or limited oxygen conditions. The MJT-3000 biomass carbonization machine can realize continuous feeding of raw materials and continuous discharging of products, with high production efficiency.

  1. Feeding system: Feed waste wood into the carbonization reactor evenly and stably.
  2. Heating system: Provide the heat required for carbonization, and gas, fuel oil, electricity, etc. can be used as heat sources. The synthetic gas generated during the carbonization process can also be used for circulating combustion and heating.
  3. Carbonization reactor: It is the main place for pyrolysis and carbonization of waste wood. The reactor is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel, and there is a stirring device inside to heat the wood evenly.
  4. Cooling system: Cool the carbonized products for subsequent treatment and collection, such as cooling towers and cooling pipes.
  5. Tail gas treatment system: Purify the tail gas generated during the carbonization process. Remove harmful substances such as wood tar, wood acid liquid, etc.
  6. Purification system: Spraying, filtration, adsorption and other purification processes to make the flue gas meet environmental emission standards.
  7. Automation system: The automated control system can realize functions such as remote monitoring, parameter adjustment, and fault alarm. It reduces manual intervention and improves production efficiency and product quality.
