In November 2019, Mingjie Group completed the installation of semi continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plants for sale in Hbei, China. The Semi-continuous pyrolysis system can process 15T/D of waste tires. It converts waste tires into fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire and synthesis gas. Syngas can return to the heating system as fuel to achieve efficient recycling of resources.

Mingjie Group’s MJL-15 semi-continuous pyrolysis equipment has been operating stably and maturely in waste tire, plastic, and oil sludge pyrolysis projects. It is an important and necessary equipment for solid waste pyrolysis projects.

As of 2020, multiple sets of continuous pyrolysis plant have been applied to waste pyrolysis recycling projects in China and overseas, including Hunan, Hubei, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Lebanon, Romania.

Semi Continuous Pyrolysis Plant Structure

Semi-continuous pyrolysis equipment mainly consists of feeding system, control system, pyrolysis reactor, heating system, condensation system, flue gas purification system, slag discharge system, etc.

The semi continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant integrates pyrolysis, fuel oil recovery and automatic slag discharge of carbon black. The pyrolysis process realizes fully closed, semi-continuous and environmentally friendly production.
