Bamboo Crushing and Drying Pretreatment Unit
For stable and continuous operation of the biochar production equipment, large pieces of waste bamboo need to be crushed into uniform granular materials, ensuring consistent feed particle size. The drying system reduces its moisture content to below 15%.
Pyrolysis Carbonization Reactor
This is the core of the waste bamboo biochar production equipment. The furnace body is made of a high-temperature resistant, anti-coking special alloy material, suitable for the high-temperature pyrolysis conditions of bamboo materials. The system is equipped with a high-precision temperature control, oxygen control, and negative pressure regulation system, enabling segmented gradient heating. Precise control of the pyrolysis zone and the micro-oxygen environment within the furnace prevents bamboo material combustion.
Product Recovery and Energy Recycling Unit

How Bamboo Charcoal Making Machine Works
