In November 2025, Mingjie Group provided on-site installation guidance for MJT-2000 biochar machine in Saudi Arabia. After the Saudi customer received the goods, we dispatched technicians to the site. The customer had completed the basic setup, and our technicians then began guiding the next step: assembling the biochar plant.

The biochar production line consists of several large components, including feeding system, carbonization reactor, combustion chamber, condensation system, and gas purification device. Each component is enormous and incredibly heavy. The carbonization reactor is the core component, and its installation precision directly affects the operational performance of the biochar machine in Saudi Arabia.

The customer used a large crane for the hoisting operation at the site. The carbonization reactor was slowly lifted and moved smoothly in the air towards the designated installation position. Simultaneously, the installation personnel on the ground worked closely together, using tow ropes to control the reactor’s direction. This ensured that the pyrolysis reactor would not collide during the hoisting process.

As the pyrolysis reactor approached its installation position, the installers secured it to the foundation. Subsequently, the assembly of other components, such as the condenser and gas purification device, was completed in sequence. The connecting pipes between the various components were also installed systematically. This ensured a seamless connection at each point, providing a reliable guarantee for the subsequent operation of the biochar machine in Saudi Arabia.
