Fully Automatic Pyrolysis Plants

The fully automatic pyrolysis plants adopt highly integrated and intelligent industrial facility. With pyrolysis technology as the core, it uses an automated control system to achieve full-process operations from raw material pretreatment, pyrolysis reaction to product separation and refining.

Pyrolysis technology is to heat waste tire plastics to high temperatures (usually 400-800℃) in an oxygen-free or oxygen-deficient environment to cause thermochemical decomposition. Finally, pyrolysis oil, carbon black and synthesis gas are generated. The entire pyrolysis process does not require oxygen participation, avoiding large amounts of carbon dioxide emissions caused by combustion.
